2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary approvals to ensure smooth execution of projects. Delays in client communication may impact timelines.
3. Payments & Fees
All fees will be agreed upon before the start of a project. Payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule. Growth Atom reserves the right to pause or discontinue work if payments are not received on time.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, designs, and content produced by Growth Atom remain the property of the company until full payment is received. After payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated. Growth Atom reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
5. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and ensure that sensitive information shared with us is protected and not disclosed without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality results, Growth Atom is not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or unforeseen technical issues beyond our control.
7. Changes & Termination
Either party may request changes to the scope of work. Additional costs may apply. Clients may terminate a project with written notice; however, payments for completed work remain due.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
